AI Platform for Managing and Delivering Fintech Services. All in One Place.
WHAT IS MANGED SERVICES CONSOLE?
One platform. Full control over IT access in your financial environment.
It sits at the intersection of IT service management and access control — automating the entire process from the moment a ticket is raised to the moment access is granted, used, and closed. Built around INCAT's BOS ecosystem, MSC eliminates the manual, error-prone steps that typically sit between an ITSM ticket and an administrator gaining access to a production system.
MSC is an AI-powered platform built for financial institutions, fintechs, neo-banks, and managed service providers who operate in complex, regulated IT environments
WHY IT MATTERS?
Complex environments. High stakes. Too much left to manual judgment.
External access is unavoidable - but risky.
Every third-party vendor in your production environment is a potential exposure.
Regulatory pressure is only increasing.
GDPR, PSD2, Segregation of Duties - proving control is no longer optional.
Broad access is a compliance failure.
Too many systems, too long, without documentation.
Manual approval chains don't scale.
Generic PAM policies can't keep up with modern financial operations.
HOW IT WORKS
From ticket to access — intelligently automated
Step 1 - Ticket Analysis
When a service request or incident is raised in your ITSM system, MSC reads and analyzes the ticket content - using AI and historical data to determine what technical actions are likely required.
Based on the ticket analysis, MSC determines the minimum necessary permissions needed to resolve the issue - scoped precisely to the relevant systems and nothing beyond them.
Step 2 - Access Scoping
Step 3 - Sensitive Data Scan
Before any access is granted, MSC scans the relevant logs and databases for sensitive data patterns. If sensitive data is detected, the request is automatically escalated to the appropriate security or compliance team for review.
MSC requests the approved, minimum permissions from your PAM/IAM system for the duration of the ticket only. When the ticket is closed, access is automatically revoked - and every step remains fully logged and audit-ready.
Step 4 — Access Provisioning & Closure

FAQ
1. How does MSC connect to our existing ITSM system?
MSC integrates with your existing ITSM platform and reads ticket content directly. It analyzes each ticket to determine what access is required and initiates the provisioning process automatically - without replacing your existing workflows.
2. How does MSC interact with our PAM/IAM system?
Once MSC determines the minimum necessary permissions for a given ticket, it automatically requests those permissions from your PAM/IAM system. Access is granted for the duration of the ticket only and revoked automatically upon closure.
3. What happens if sensitive data is detected in the requested systems?
f MSC detects sensitive data patterns (personal data, confidential business information, data subject to GDPR or PSD2) in the logs or databases being requested, it automatically flags the ticket and escalates it to the appropriate security or compliance team for manual review. Access is not granted until the review is complete.
